Early registration is open for PantherMUNC II.
The faculty advisor submits their team's registration on Form RP-1 Team Registration.
If an individual is registering on their own, they must complete Form RP-2 Individual Registration instead.
Our Secretary of Finance prepares an invoice, which will be sent by our Secretary of Public Relations.
Our Secretariat uses a random number generator to assign a country/person to each registered delegate. Our Secretary of Public Relations provides the assignments back to the faculty advisor or individual.
There are two payment modalities: an online payment through Square or a check. More information can be found on the registration form and in our registration policies.
We keep track of each registration, so there is no need for your delegates to worry about payment at the door.
Early registration is $25 per delegate.
Normal registration is $30 per delegate.
Late registration incurs an additional $5 fee.
Small Delegation (≤15 delegates): $30.
Large Delegation (>15 delegates): $40.
Individual Delegate: $15.

If you are not affiliated with a school team, then please submit the individual delegate registration.

A delegation or individual may relinquish a reserved spot at any time before the conference.
However, refunds are only eligible if the withdrawal aligns with the following timeline.
If the Secretariat is informed of the withdrawal by October 17th, the school or individual is fully refunded.
If the Secretariat is informed of the withdrawal between October 17th and October 31st, the school or individual is refunded by 50%.
If the Secretariat is informed of the withdrawal within one week before the conference (after October 31st), the school or individual is not refunded.
